Delivery & Postage: We provide free Standard Post within Australia. All the items will be delivered using Australia Post through Standard Post within 24-48 hours after receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please make sure your postal address is correct. If Australia Post returns the item to us due to an incorrect postal address or no one claiming it, postage will be charged for the second delivery or if you cancelled the order, then only a partial refund will be given. There will be no refund if the item gets lost due to an incorrect postal address or if no one claims it.

Returns & Refunds: Please contact us before you return the item. We will be happy to facilitate this process for you. Items must be returned in their brand new condition and in original packing within 30 days of the receipt date. Buyer will bear any cost related to return postage, and we will also deduct our restocking cost before refunding. We will refund the amount through the same method of payment once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
